We have been recommended Bathtime North West by our plumber, and we are so pleased that we ended up using this local company to source many of the goods for our new bathroom. We were looked after by Chris, who was fantastic from start to finish in helping us get exactly what we wanted in our bathroom. Chris was extremely knowledgeable and professional, and offered a wealth of options at various price points for us to consider. By far the best bathroom showroom in the area. The staff have been so helpful (Thank you Chris is particular for being an absolute star!) and have actually listened to my requirements. I have a very small (1x2.4m) bathroom in a 1700s cottage, and they helped me find a bathroom to match the character of the building while maximising space. Their bathrooms are high quality, while also being very affordable. They let me borrow samples to compare in my bathroom and with tiles, let me use their brochures and said they would help me find trusted tradies to fit the bathroom if needed.

Went in today just to sit in a bath to check the sizes as I'm 6'4 and stocky.One of the male employees spent a huge amount of time with me which I didn't expect and honestly felt embarrassed about. I was put at ease immediately and told not to worry. Even though he knew there was no sales opportunity from my visit he spent a lot of time looking at bathroom dimensions and giving me advice which was invaluable. Really great service 10/10. Might not be a sale but I'd definitely recommend and hopefully my review will help others consider them. Thanks again 👍
